You can return your item(s) for a refund or store credit within 30 days from the purchase. Please follow these steps to make a return:

1. Email us here with your name, surname, order number, product name(s) and return reason.
2. Print the return label we have sent to you.
3. Stick the return label on the outside of the package and take it to your nearest local post office.
4. Email us the tracking number after the package has been shipped.

*Items must be shipped within 5 days at the latest after the return label is created.
